Advice for the newyear

''Be Positive''

Before the ending of this year, be sure to write down every goal that you want to accomplish for the new year, on a piece of paper or white board ^_^.

Weigh the pros and cons of how these goals will change your life for the better.

''People and change''

Think of the positive people in your life and think of the negative. I say this because, while starting the new year it is important to have people around you that are willing to support you in the positive decisions that you make in your life. Verses the people who may try to bring you down. If you are tired of being around people who tell you what you cannot do as far as accomplishing positive goals, be around positive people who will support you.

''Advice for Highschoolers''

If you are in high school at this moment, whether you are in the 9th grade or 12th, this advice applies to you ! : In this stage of your life, you are transitioning into the realities of the work world. That means taking a bigger step into accomplishing your school or work goals. It is crucial that you start making life changes now ! Participate in clubs, complete volunteer work and join social events such as school meetings. ( I knew a lot of people who have missed out on those and were totally lost about what was going on in our school setting.) Voice your opinions and let people hear that you do have a VOICE !! The more references that you gain, the more people around you -- will know that you're  a hard working student. The more people that you work with such as (Teachers, counselors, social workers, parents.) You'll have a better chance at accomplishing your work goals instead of just sitting around being unheard.

''Dealing with stress''

This advice relates back to "Being Positive" As you begin to give your goals a shot, always remember what you can and cannot handle with in them. If you are the type of person that can multitask your work under pressure, that's great ! However, if you are the type of person who doesn't take stress well and cannot multitask, be easy on yourself. Write down the goal that you need to work the hardest to accomplish, how long it will take before you can move on. Do the same for all of them. I usually set a time limit for my goals... that always keeps me motivated. I know how long I should focus on that goal and how it will benefit me during the year.

Dermasil and Hair Growth

 Dermasil and Hair growth

I've grown  2 inches of my hair in less than a month, even as little as two weeks, by using the dermasil dry skin treatment product. This experiment was actually by accident and here's how: After washing my hair one day, I decided to apply the lotion on my scalp and hair. I noticed that the next couple of days my hair looked fuller, stronger and even a tad bit lengthier!

I have used the skin treatment on my hair for a month and I've noticed that my hair has grown a lot more. I have African American Hair and the lotion has a big impact on it's growth (Yayy) , more than any other product(s) that I have tried that are used to promote hair growth.

There are steps that I take for my hair to grow an inch or two fast:
  1. I shampoo and conditon (My hair) every two weeks :) I prefer not to wash it everyday .
  2.  I air dry my hair (No heat !).
  3. After air drying, I part my hair into 4 sections.
  4. I apply the Dermasil to each section.
  5. I brush each section.
  6. . I then braid the sections and pin the braids down. (You can use bobby pins, anything that will not break or damage your hair.)
 NOTES: REPEAT to see results

**I wrap my hair with a silk scarf, only until I am ready to go out, I love my natural hair !!!**

That is it readers! Hopefully this method can help others like it has helped me ! Since Dermasil is a dry skin treatment, imagine how our scalps are benefiting with it's moisture too !

CeraVe: "Foaming Facial Cleanser"

So, with a lot of help from Amazon.com and I must say that this site is "amazing" ! I've finally found a cleanser that has helped me tone down my acne tremendously. (Even while on my dark soda drinking frenzy ^_^). For years I've been trying to get rid of my acne O_O, but was searching for product love in all of the WRONG PLACES "Tsk". Until one day I typed in "Acne Treatment" on Amazon and it directed me to this lovely product called ---->CeraVe<---. I saw that it was rated a nice amount of stars by over 300 people, saw that it was recommended by dermatologists the most.... then decided I had to have it. Shipping was very fast btw and the price is very fair too. It only costs $10.19 on Amazon Prime .

Recommendation: If you are looking for a product that will have your skin looking beautiful, this is the best product ever. I've had broken skin from my acne scarring and now with the help of this product I can see that my skin has smoothed out in that area too !

What's in it, that will have your skin looking repaired?

                                                                      Ceramides:
Ceramide is one of the main components of the epidermis layer of human skin. Together with cholesterol and saturated fatty acids, ceramide creates a water-impermeable, protective organ to prevent excessive water loss due to evaporation.

                                                                   Niacinamide:
It contributes to the support of the skin’s barrier against pollutants and other irritants. As a result, many skin conditions, such as acne, the redness associated with rosacea, and other inflammatory signs can be actively managed. Also, vitamin B3 has shown to be useful for encouraging the production of natural emollients that can help the skin remain hydrated.                                                                    Hyaluronic Acid:
Hyaluronic acid is a type of polysaccharide called a glycosaminoglycan. Also known as hyaluronan or hyaluronate, it occurs naturally in the human body and is central to regulating cell growth and renewal. In fact, it is found extensively in connective, epithelial, and neural cells. As such, hyaluronic acid has found its way into many skin care products, particularly anti-wrinkle formulations. In addition, it has been credited with extending life in those who consume high amounts in the diet, resulting in the media dubbing it as the "key to the fountain of youth."
